Natasha Fowler is the Director of Asset Management at Carlisle Tax Credit Advisors, where she provides strategic oversight for the company's historic tax credit funds and their underlying assets. With over 15 years of experience in asset and portfolio management, Natasha specializes in complex historic rehabilitation and low-income housing tax credits. She manages the full asset lifecycle, from financial closing through partnership exit, ensuring alignment with the organization's investment objectives. Natasha monitors all phases of development, including construction, ongoing operational oversight, and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Carlisle, Natasha worked at Foss & Company where she managed a large Historic Tax Credit real estate investment portfolio, focused on construction risk monitoring, funding processes, and ensured rigorous compliance across a national portfolio. She is recognized for proactively identifying potential issues that could jeopardize project performance or result in the recapture of tax credits, developing strategic solutions with management. Before Foss & Company, she worked for leading development firms focused on Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, senior housing, and workforce housing.
Natasha is certified in her field, holding designations as a Tax Credit Compliance Specialist and Certified Housing Asset Manager. She graduated from Kaplan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and is active in local real estate professional organizations.
