Senior Vice President
Marc Cohen is a Senior Vice President with Carlisle Tax Credit Advisors and is responsible for historic tax credit equity originations and tax equity bridge loan syndications.
Marc has closed more than $600 million in tax-equity syndications generating over $1.8 billion of real estate development over the last 20 years. He specializes in structuring and syndicating federally subsidized and other tax motivated investments for corporations and high net worth individuals.
Prior to joining Carlisle, Marc was Managing Director at Fallbrook Companies, a national historic tax credit syndicator and lender. Marc spent the first ten years of his career structuring tax advantaged real estate transactions at CohnReznick. His areas of expertise include the historic tax credit, the low-income housing tax credit, and tax planning and consulting for corporations and high net-worth individuals.
Marc’s professional affiliations include the Institute for Professional and Executive Development, Historic Tax Credit Coalition, Urban Land Institute, and the Council of Development Finance Agencies. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
